He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable trip, offering valuable recommendations and assistance whenever needed. The only minor drawback was the ongoing construction near the hotel, but we were able to request a room away from the noise. we highly recommend Residency Hotel Fort for its excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and welcoming atmosphere.
